Howard C. Kisser Sr. Spaulding Township, Michigan Passed away Monday, June 25, 2018, at his home. Age 81 years. The son of the late Erna M. (Draves) and Emil Kisser was born March 21, 1937 in Saginaw, Michigan.

He married Joyce Wyman, February 12, 1955. His wife of 63 years survives him. Howard was employed by General Motors, Saginaw Steering Gear, retiring with 32 ½ years of service.

He was a member of First Baptist Church, Bridgeport. He enjoyed woodworking and tending to his apple and peach trees. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Surviving besides his wife, Joyce, are a son, Howard Kisser Jr. and his wife, Lissa; ten grandchildren and their spouses, Aaron and Mindy Kisser; Matthew and Tammy Kisser; Todd Richmond; Lisa and Pete Weldon; Angela and Lucky Singh; Nicole and Rocky Jarvis; Melissa Kisser; Jesseca and Kevin Elza; Noah Brewster; Peter Brewster; 17 great grandchildren, Jonah, Maryn, Micah, Christopher, Natalie, Timothy, Faith, Malacai, Brieanna, Dasianae, Angelique, Ezekiel, Javon, Kay Liahnna, Lilliya, Rese, and Eli; a sister, Gladys Lenhart; several nieces and nephews. A daughter and son, Cathy J. Richmond, Randall Kisser; a daughter-in-law, Marilyn Kisser, two brother and two sisters Floyd and Jerry Kisser, Ella Roesler and Joyce Carrigan have predeceased him. The funeral service will take place at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 28, 2018, at First Baptist Church, Bridgeport, 2400 King Rd.

Rev. J.D. Howell and Rev. R.B. Ouellette will officiate with burial in Spaulding Township Cemetery.

Friends may call at the church from 9:00 a.m. Thursday until the time of the funeral service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider First Baptist Church, Bridgeport. www.
