Obituary for Mr. Hugh Palmer Rev. Palmer, Hugh, 88, was born in Cuba on December 29, 1929 to Julia and Adrian Palmer. He was one of six children, three of whom preceded him in death.

He was a graduate of Fort Wayne Bible College and a pastor for 14 years with the Missionary Church in Jamaica. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Barbara; children Julie (Clayton) Harrison, Jeanne (Paul) Lawrence, Joanne (Jimmy) Rowe, Janet (Dan) Hall & Joel (Shannon) Palmer; 16 grandchildren; 2 sisters Enid & Dorothy; nieces and nephews.
