Hugo Ortega Serafin, 42 of Decatur died June 1, 2018. Funeral Mass will be 7:30 Thursday at the Annunciation of The Lord Catholic Church. The body will lie in repose one hour prior to Mass.

A Celebration of the Life and Visitation will be from 5:00 -6:30 on Friday at Reynolds Funeral Home. Burial will be later in La Concordia Municipio Cemetery in Arcelia, Guerrero Mexico.
