Obituary for Humberto Medina Oliveros Services for Humberto Medina Oliveros, 48, of Longview, are scheduled for 1 p.m., Friday, January 18, 2019, at Sand Springs Baptist Church with Bro. Jim Parker officiating. Interment will follow in Starr Cemetery under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home, Grand Saline.

Mr. Oliveros passed away January 13, 2019, in Longview. He was born May 10, 1970, in Mexico City, Mexico to Lino Medina Ortiz & Maria Del Carmen Oliveros Medina. He was raised in Mexico City, and spent several years in Mineola, TX before moving to Longview 17 years ago.

He was a member of Sand Springs Baptist Church and a cabinet maker. Humberto was preceded in death by his mother; and brother, Adam Medina Oliveros. Survivors include his father, Lino Medina Ortiz of Mexico City, Mexico; three sons, Bobby Joe Medina and wife Rhea of Winnsboro, Alejandro Isaac Medina of Princeton and Ismael Sierra Medina and wife Lila Rose of Ft.

Bragg, NC; daughter, Elaina Del Carmen Medina of Mineola; three brothers, Jose Guadalupe Medina Oliveros, Angel Manuel Medina Oliveros and Juan Carlos Medina Oliveros; three sisters, Leticia Medina Oliveros, Janet Medina Oliveros and Maria Esther Medina Oliveros; two grandchildren, Jensen and Maddox; and numerous other relatives and friends. Pallbearers will be Bobby Medina, David Smith, Alejandro Medina, Jesse Rivas, Ismael Medina, Josue Rivas, Gabriel Rios and Dan Adams. Rosary services and visitation will be held 6-8 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home in Grand Saline.
