Obituary for Mrs. Ida Mizell Ida Wilson-Mizell, the woman with an unforgettable smile, was called into eternal rest with her Heavenly Father on Saturday September 8, 2018 at Riverside Hospital. She was born on March 19, 1968 in Newport News, Virginia to Gaston McNeill Jr. and Josephine Wilson. Ida was a loving wife, an amazing mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.

Anyone who has ever met her, loved her instantly, she was a joy to be around even when she made you upset with her smart mouth. She was one of a kind, caring, outspoken, she loved to enjoy life in every aspect of it. She valued family & friends, she liked to dance and get her party on.

Ida was a woman of fashion, she loved to dress. She would support her husband and host cookouts and football parties at the house ensuring that all who attended enjoyed themselves. Ida had a smile that would light up a room.

One thing that was made known to the world is that she loved her some Stacy Mizell, her husband of 5 years. Ida adored her children loved and cherished them, she took pride in all her grandchildren and loved on them to no end. Ida was preceded into eternal rest by her Grandmother; Pastor Ida P. Wilson, Grandson; Jireh Gayles, Uncles; Roam Wilson and Robert Wilson Jr.; Cousins; Roberta Wilson, Lisa A. Hunt and Robert Lee Pringle.

Left to cherish her memories and warm smile is her husband Stacy Mizell of Newport News, Virginia. five children Michael, Cordale, Thomas, Marquetta and Jeremiah Wilson of Newport News, Virginia, there step children Shantelle, Stacey, and Devonte Mizell all of Newport News, Virginia, 13 grandchildren all of Newport News, Virginia, Mother; Apostle Josephine Wilson of Newport News, Virginia and father Gaston McNeill Jr. of Hampton, two sisters Tammy Wilson and Monica Harper both of Newport News, Virginia. Two nieces and five nephews, one aunt Maxine (Ann) Boswell of Newport News, Virginia.

two uncles; James D. Jones of South Carolina, Confidence (Sunny boy) Pringle of Orlando, Florida. A host of additional family members on both her and her husband sides of the family. Ida was loved by many and will never be forgotten as the amazing woman she is, there will never be a day that will go by that her smile will never be forgotten.
