Ilona S. Clark, age 77, of Stamford, CT, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Friday, September 28, 2018. Ilona was born on July 2, 1941 to the late Fred and Jenny Swentor in Stamford, CT. She had a love for bird watching and New York sports, including her beloved Yankees and Giants.

She also loved playing fantasy football with her sons and grandsons, and never let them live down the year she beat them all to win the league championship. Ilona was unendingly dedicated to her darling husband of 49 years, Christopher Clark of Stamford, along with their two children, Glenn Jaroszynski, and Steve Jaroszynski and his wife Alisa. Ilona is also survived by her three grandchildren Billy Jaroszynski and his fiancé Tara Mills, Kelly Jaroszynski and her boyfriend Devin Bohorquez, and Troy Jaroszynski, as well as two great-grandchildren, Madison and Bronson Bohorquez.

Ilona’s family will receive the sympathy and condolences of friends and family on Wednesday October 3rd from 4pm to 6:30pm at Bosak Funeral Home, 453 Shippan Avenue, in Stamford, CT 06902. A Lutheran prayer service will immediately be following the wake from 6:30pm to 7pm. Internment will be held private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are encouraged and may be made in Ilona’s memory to Visiting Nurse and Hospice of Fairfield County at www. visitingnurse.net/ who provided Ilona with tender and loving care in her final months.
