Obituary for Iris Tinnon Fleenor Ms. Iris Tinnon Fleenor, age 67, of Shelbyville, passed away December 12, 2018. A memorial service will be held at 5:00 P.M. Sunday, December 16, 2018, at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be at 2:00 P.M. until the time of service.

She was born March 18, 1951, in Pulaski, Tennessee, to the late Joel G. Tinnon, Jr. and Jacqueline McLean Sherrill. She served the community for 39 years as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner. In addition to her mother and father, she is preceded in death by her step-mother, Annie Ruth Tinnon.

She is survived by her sons, Stan (Patricia) Pyrdum, of Murfreesboro, and Brian (Beth) Pyrdum, of Cincinnati, Ohio; two brothers, John (Marshon) Tinnon, of Flat Creek, and Joel G. Tinnon, III, of Mt. Joy, Tennessee; two sisters, Linda Tinnon Foster, of Columbia, and Dee Tinnon Crabtree, of Shelbyville; and two grandchildren, Jacob and Abigail Pyrdum, of Murfreeboro. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association 4205 Hillsboro Rd Suite 200 Nashville, TN 37215.
