Ivan Ezekiel Belle, “Spanky” was born on the Island of St. Kitts on October 19, 1936. He was the son of Edna James Farrier and Ethelbert Belle. He is survived by his loving wife of over 50 years Lyantine, his beloved children Kenneth, Ray and Cheryl Belle, daughter in laws Karen Belle and Anita Belle, grandchildren Kenneth Jr. and Alyssa Belle, brothers Vincent Kelly and Franklin Belle, sister Myrtle Warner, brother in law Patrick Warner, adopted son Kenmore Hanley and many nieces and nephews.
