Obituary for Jack Duane Ades On May 9, 2018, Jack D. Ades, 86, of Nixa, went to be with our Lord. Jack moved from California to the beautiful Ozark area and soon called both Kimberling City and Nixa “home”. His passion was music and he played the trombone, banjo, guitar, and tuba in many performances.
His “tenor” voice was featured in singing groups, from Barbershop Quartets to the Tri Lakes Community Singers. Jack leaves behind many cherished friends and a large family including two nieces, two nephews, 11 great grand nieces and nephews, 23 great-great nieces and their extended families, and 24 great-great-great nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday May 15,2018 at 10 am at Kimberling City Church of Christ, 7 Northwoods Drive, Kimberling City, Missouri, 65686.
