Jack Edward Chapman, 66, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018. Mr. Chapman was born on January 9, 1952 son of Ruth Langley and the late Charles F. Chapman. He was a member of I.U.E.C.

and employed as an elevator mechanic. He was a United States Army Veteran. Surviving are his wife, Mary “Tina” Chapman; children, Nichole R. Tucker, Christopher D. Chapman (Emily), Jennifer L. He was a man that always went over the top whether cooking a meal for more people than were going to show up, buying someone their favorite gift, telling fish tales, or just giving of himself. He knew how to capture a crowd and could make you laugh until your belly ached. If you knew Jack, he made an impression on you.

He was like a tree, even though the tree may have died, the fruit it bore was implanted into the hearts of everyone he knew. He will be greatly missed.
