LEWIS, Jack N., age 74, of Middletown, Ohio passed away Monday, May 20, 2019 at his residence. He was born September 20, 1944 in Middletown and lived here all his life. He was employed in maintenance at the Ohio Department of Transportation for 31 years.

Jack enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Preceding him in death were his parents, Milburn N. and Betty Pauline (nee Byrd) Lewis; and brother, Michael D. Lewis. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Mary Beth Lewis; three children, Jacki Horton and Kevin, Erik Lewis and Jennifer, and Damon Lewis and Rachel; eight grandchildren, Cody, Arika, Kaleb, Paige, Logan, Tye, Mia and Ella; one brother, William “Bill” Lewis and Brenda S.; several nieces and nephews, Michael J. Lewis and Colleen, Jessica Cowger and Corey; Ryan Lewis, Ian Sears, Carla Reynolds and Ronnie; two sisters-in-law, Cheryl Sears and Paula Harr; and many extended family and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, May 24, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown, Ohio 45044. Private services at the convenience of the family with Rev. Phil Brown officiating.
