Jack Neal Buckhorn of Brutus, MI formerly a resident of Cape Coral, FL. was born to the late Adolph Carl and Vivian Marie Buckhorn in Flint, MI. on May 6th, 1927 and passed away peacefully in Auburn, AL on February 2nd, 2019 at 91 years old.

His bride of 67 years, the late Emma Irene (Ousnamer) Buckhorn, preceded him in death just 3 months earlier. Jack proudly served his country in the Army during World War II. He retired from GM Parts/Pontiac Motors in 1979 and moved to Brutus, MI where he successfully managed a 20 acre Blue Spruce Christmas Tree Farm.

An avid Outdoorsman, you could find him in the woods during deer season, in the garden or fishing the many lakes of Michigan. They left Michigan in the 90s to live out their retirement in Cape Coral, FL. Jack is survived by his five children, Douglas (Carolyn) Buckhorn, Clarksville, TN, Leonard (Dorothy) Buckhorn Cape Coral, FL.

, Joyce G Boggs, Cusseta, AL, Stephen Buckhorn, Beaverton, MI and Phillip Buckhorn, Flint, MI; 14 grandchildren, Dianna Carter, Michael Buckhorn, Alex Buckhorn, Vanessa (David) Webster, Christine (Bill) Brooks, Tina (Rob) Bell, Tonya Buckhorn, Angela (Jeff) Kirkland, Stephan Buckhorn, Richard Greighn, Shawn Buckhorn, Steve Buckhorn, Jr., Jonas Buckhorn, Gabriel Buckhorn; 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. He had one sister Shirley Kitchen, who preceded him in death. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Brutus, MI and the final resting place will be Maple River (Brutus) Cemetery, Brutus, MI.
