Ramsey age 83, of Hubbard who passed away on Sunday April 28, 2019 at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown. Jackie was born December 27, 1935 in Winona, West Virginia a son of Niles & Goldie McMillion Ramsey. He was a crane man at LTV Campbell for 47 years retiring in 1998 and was a veteran of the United States Army.

Jackie enjoyed working in his yard, and spending time with his family and friends. His wife the former Loretta A. Hartman whom he married July 30, 1955 passed away July 5, 2001. He will be sadly missed by his family; his children Monica (George) Wagner of Laurens, South Carolina, Jackie L. (Rachelle) Ramsey II of Laurens, South Carolina, Charles N. Ramsey of Hubbard, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and a special friend and neighbor Shirley Yarger and her family.

He also leaves his siblings, James Ramsey of West Virginia, Eloise Myles of Onsted, Michigan, and Bernard (Helen) Ramsey of Girard, Ohio. Beside his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, an infant daughter Dorie Lynn Ramsey, and his brothers Ronald Ramsey, Eugene Ramsey, John Ramsey, Thomas Ramsey, and his sister Hazel Hall, and daughter-in-law Kimberly Ramsey. There will be calling hours prior to the service on Thursday May 2, 2019 from 4-7 PM at Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home.
