OBITUARY Jacquelynn Sue McLeavy March 8, 1940 – September 28, 2018 Jacquelynn Sue McLeavy, died peacefully September 28, 2018 at Poets Walk Memory Care Community in Round Rock Texas. She was 78 years of age. Jacquelynn was born on March 8, 1940 in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin to the late Lester Gielow and Hyacinth (Rock) Gielow.

Jacquelynn was a graduate of Custer High School, Class of 1958. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. She can be remembered and known for tirelessly caring for her loved ones without reservation.

Jacquelynn was a phenomenal cook and baker and she truly enjoyed her sweets, including the black jelly beans. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and playing cards especially solitaire and pinochle. She worked occasionally outside of the home serving in capacities such as a bookkeeper, cafeteria lady and assembly work when the family needed her to do so.

She was a lifelong member of the Catholic Faith. Jacquelynn was loved by many and leaves a true legacy behind. She married Charles James McLeavy on July 18, 1959 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

She is survived by two daughters, Judy Cole and her husband Ron of Round Rock, Texas and Susan Hammack and her husband Steve of Round Rock, Texas three granddaughters, Torie Cole, Amy Hammack and Jamie Cole; one grandson, Kyle Hammack; as well as many extended family members and close friends. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her sister Patricia A. (Gielow) Barth. A Graveside service will be conducted at 3:30 pm on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Cook Walden Capital Parks Cemetery Mausoleum with Funeral Celebrant Charles Waugh officiating.

Jacquelynn’s family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 in the mausoleum chapel from 3:00 pm until the time of the service at 3:30 pm.
