Jaenicke Lavon Jackson was born February 15, 1973 to Jannie M. (Terrell) and Fred S. Jackson in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She departed this earthly life on Monday, June 25, 2018 at her residence in Bloomington, Indiana. She graduated from Elmhurst High School and attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.

She accepted Christ at an early age. Jaenicke enjoyed making jewelry and crocheting. She also had two cats that she loved dearly.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving mother, Jannie M. Jackson of Fort Wayne; brothers, Fred Jackson, Jr., Erick Jackson both of Fort Wayne and Darryl (Marcia) Jackson of Severn, MD; sisters, Paula Jean Atkins and Cheryl (William) Oatts both of Fort Wayne; and a host of other relatives and friends.
