Obituary Funeral services for Mr. James Elery Garrett, age 77, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 9, 2019 at Brown Memorial Baptist Church with burial to follow at Westview Cemetery. Rev. Randy Adams and Rev.

Burton Dixon will officiate. Mr. Garrett was born December 8, 1941 in Kite, Georgia; he was preceded in death by his parents, the late Blanton O. Garrett and Christine Garrett. He was a 1970 graduate of the University of Georgia and was a veteran of the United States Navy.
