Obituary Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby L. Miller, age 84, will be held at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at the Richard N. Stanley Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Westview Cemetery. Dr. Tom Akins will officiate. Mrs. Miller was born July 9, 1934 in Wrightsville, Georgia; she was preceded in death by her parents, the late Eugene Price and Nettie Mae Mitchell Bennett, her husband, Hilton Miller and a daughter, Jeannie Price Rowan.
