OBITUARY James Franklin Clark February 21, 1925 – February 6, 2019 James “Jim” Franklin Clark, 93, of Kokomo passed away on February 6, 2019 at Howard Community Regional Health. Mr. Clark was born on February 21, 1925 in Kokomo to Jess and Margaret (Weisel) Clark. He was a veteran of the United States Navy during World War II.
In 1948 he married Mary (Donelson) Clark. Mr. Clark was a retiree from Colux Steel and Delco, a member of St. Patrick’s Church in Kokomo, and the American Legion. Mr. Clark is survived by his children: Richard (wife Cynthia) Clark, Stephen K. (wife Monica M.) Clark, Christine Shuck, Donald E. Clark and Lisa M. (husband Steve) Watson; twelve grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Mary; brothers: Robert and George and a grandchild. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Brian on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St. Patrick’s Church. Entombment with military honors will follow at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of the service Friday at St. Patrick’s Church. Memorial Contributions may be directed to The Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospitals.
