On May 4, 2019; James Henry Ellis Sr., United States Marines Veteran of Parkville; beloved husband of the late Irene Ellis and Marifrances Ellis; devoted father of James Henry Ellis Jr, Kathleen Fridley and husband Andy, Carol Ellis, Irene Bernardo and husband John and preceded in death by a son Tommy Ellis; cherished Pop of Kristy, Brian, Andrew, Elizabeth, Larry, Lauren and Megan; dear brother of Peggy Brooks, Michael Ellis and preceded in death by Ben Ellis, Maryann Gilstrap, George Ellis and John Ellis; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will honor James life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services-8800 Harford Road-Parkville on Wednesday, May 8 from 5-8 PM. A Funeral Mass will he held 10 AM Thursday at St. Thomas More Catholic Church.

Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in James’ name may be made to Oakcrest Benevolent Care Fund-8800 Walther Blvd-Parkville. Maryland 21234.
