Obituary for Mr. James “Jay” Wigfall Mr. James “Jay” Wigfall, 86, of 31 Carson Dr. Charleston, SC, retired as an Army Veteran of 26 years as well as Superintendent of Charleston Sanitation Department for the 17 years, entered rest on Sunday, July 1, 2018. Mr. James Wigfall is the son of the late Mr. Benjamin Wigfall and the late Mrs. Emmaline M. Wigfall and grandfather of the late Evanston B. Langham. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Mrs. Helen B. Wigfall; his children Sharon D. Wigfall, James S. Wigfall, and Evette M. Langham (Winston); his grandchildren Dominique Y. Price, and Brielle R. Langham; as well as many other family members and friends.
