Mr. Jenkins is the widower of Mrs. Dolores Edwards Jenkins; son of the late Ms. Sarah Webb and Mr. Roger Jenkins Sr.; father of, Mr. Roger Jenkins III and Dawn J. Brown; grandfather of, Mr. Jason K. Jenkins of the home, Mr. Wessley D. Brown and Mr. Tristian W. Brown; uncle of Mrs. Kelly B. Armstrong; and Geoffrey C. Edwards. Mr. Jenkins retired from the Naval Shipyard; he was 85 years old.
