James C. Brunner, age 63, of Sabina, passed unexpectedly on December 27, 2018. Born in Winnea, MN, on April 13, 1955, he was the son of Donald James and Violet Mae Reissteck Brunner. Jim was retired from Johnson Controls.

Jim is survived by his wife of 36 years, Joan Deck Brunner. The two were united in marriage on July 3, 1982. Also left to cherish his memory are daughters: Michelle (TJ) Scott of Hillsboro and Melissa (Will) North of Sabina; son, J.B. (Brittany) Brunner of Sabina; grandchildren: Kennedy, Kiera, Chloe, Talon, Karma, Willow, Camdyn, Isaac and Connor; great grandson, Jaxon; siblings: Larry Brunner and Cheryl (Roger) Weltha; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, on Saturday, January 5, 2019, from 12 Noon – 1pm, when a memorial service will begin.
