Obituary James L. “Jim” Mink, 82, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at his residence surrounded by family. Born on April 14, 1936 in Gallia County, Ohio, Jim was the son of the late Estell G. Mink and Opal Riggs Mink. On December 10, 1955, Jim married Anna L. Luckado Mink, who survives him in Gallipolis.

Jim and Anna recently celebrated 63 years of marriage on December 10, 2018.
