Obituary for Mr. James Leon (Frog) Pate James Leon (Frog) Pate was born March 9, 1956 in Forsyth County to the late Mattie Pate and Charlie Smith has finished his Journey here on earth on July 2, 2018. He was raised by his grandparents until later years with Alzola Simmons. He is survived by one son Richard Leon Allen and a devoted cousin and caregiver whom he affectionately called his sister Alzola Simmons.
