James Michael Asmann of Las Vegas, formerly of Melbourne, KY. James (Jim) was born to Charles Asmann and Pamela Gray on December 28, 1976. He is survived by his parents, Pamela and Lon Gray.

Brother of Lon M. (Tammy) Gray, Stephanie (Barry) Walz, and Christopher (Kierston) Gray. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Special nephew of Beth Ann Wheeler.

Nephew of Daniel Asmann (deceased) and Alma Fiebig. Cousin of Robert Asmann. James passed away on May 28, 2018 at the age of 41 years.

A graduate of Campbell County High School and Hanover College. He was a world traveler and taught English in Japan and Vietnam. He loved his family and many friends.

Visitation will be held on SATURDAY, June 9th from 9 AM until time of the funeral service at 12 PM at the Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Ave. , Mt. Healthy, Ohio 45231.

Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Huntington’s Disease Society of America: Ohio Valley Chapter, 3537 Epley Lane, Cincinnati, Oh 45247.
