James Robert Dunn, 74 James Robert Dunn, 74, of Pinehurst, Idaho passed away September 20, 2018 at the family home. He was born August 18, 1944 in Montebello, California; James was the son of Robert and Katherine (Engebretson) Dunn. James attended and graduated from the California Poly Tech High School in 1962.

He then went on to join the United States Coast Guard where he was stationed in Alaska. On April 18, 1966, James was united in marriage to Marjorie Boggs in Ketchikan, Alaska. Together they raised four children.

James loved the outdoors and could be found fishing, hunting, hiking, skeet shooting, golfing or riding his bike. He loved listening to music by Elvis Presley and the Beatles especially his favorite song “Michelle My Belle”. James is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years Marjorie Dunn; three children Trisha Walker of Pinehurst, Idaho, Michele Gharineh of Flagstaff, Arizona and Steven Dunn of Pinehurst, Idaho.

James is also survived by ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. James was preceded in death by his parents and son Jeffery Dunn. A private family service will be held at a later date.
