Grandfather of 3, and great-grandfather of 1. Our uncle, and friend. Mr. Loper was an WW II Army veteran receiving the Purple Heart.

Graveside services to be 1:00 PM, Thurs. Nov. 15, 2018, at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park, 6747 E Broadway Rd.
