Obituary for James Spoon JAMES R. SPOON Of Lockport, Passed away on October 3, 2018 Born in Lockport, New York, son of the late Roy and Beatrice (nee Holler) Spoon. Mr. Spoon served in the United States Army from 1961 to 1963, he retired as a supervisor from the General Motors Tonawanda Engine Plant. Beloved husband of Doris (nee Schultz) Spoon; much loved father of Heidi Dashnaw, Jennifer Johnson and Jacalyn Spoon; brother of Marion Shurr, Henry Spoon, Carol Heiser, Evelyn Mancini and Mark Spoon; step-father of Michael Johnston and Shelley Pyc; grandfather of CJ, Jessica “Peach”, Heather, Alexis, Jack and Adam; great grandfather of Ayden; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
