Obituary for James Vaughn Mr. James Vaughn age 65 of Albertville passed away Saturday September 1st at VOA Group Home. Funeral services will be 1 PM Tuesday September 4th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Allen officiating, burial will follow in Union Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11 AM until 1 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Pallbearers include Dylan Mann, Rodney Windsor, Scott Barkley, Lance Barkley, T.J. Wood and Koley Wood. Survivors include brothers, Gerald Vaughn of Hartselle, Reuben (Judy) Vaughn of Piedmont, Ricky Vaughn of Centre and David (Delita) McFarland of Cedar Bluff; sisters, Doris (Buddy) Barkley of Centre, Marie Carrol of Gadsden, Syble (Phillip) Jones of Gadsden and Lesia (David) Sparkman of Centre; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by brothers, Wendel Vaughn and Steve Vaughn; sisters, Mary Vaughn Graves , Shirley Vaughn Floyd and Helen Vaughn. Mr. Vaughn was a native of Cherokee County and the son of the late Gordon and Ethel Meadows Vaughn and was of the Baptist Faith.
