James Wolcott January 29, 1942 – January 27, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card James Roger Wolcott, age 76, of Pequot Lakes, passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019, at Essentia St. Joseph’s Medical Center, Brainerd. He was born to Roger and Marguerite Wolcott on January 29, 1942, at the family farm in Cass County. Jim ran the family farm and worked at various jobs throughout his life.

He had a kind heart and was always available to leave what he was doing to help his friends and neighbors at any time of day or night. Jim was known for his huge garden that he grew simply to give the vegetables away. He will be fondly missed by his family, neighbors and his many friends.

Jim is survived by his sister, Wanda Davis and family. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Ardith Rice. Services will be 2 PM on Friday, February 1, at Kline Funeral Home, Pequot Lakes.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Pequot Lakes Cemetery.
