Obituary of Jamie Singleton Jamie Lynn Singleton, 53 years old, passed away June 23, 2018. She was on vacation in California and many members of her loving family were able to be with her during her final days. Jamie was born February 18, 1965 to mother, Patricia, and father, John.

She was raised in California. As a child Jamie enjoyed raising her animals for 4h and FFA. She graduated from Atwater High School in 1983.

Jamie married her husband, Ronald P. Singleton, on May 18, 1985. They celebrated 33 years of marriage this past May. Together Jamie and Ron had two daughters; Kristen and Richelle.

In 1992, after running a family business in Merced, California Jamie, Ron, along with Rod, decided to move their family to Idaho. Life in Idaho allowed the family to explore the outdoors and spend many days creating memories. Jamie loved spending time boating, camping, hunting, being in the mountains.

Jamie loved planning vacations, family and friend get-togethers, and making holidays large celebrations. She was a woman who knew exactly what she wanted most of the time! Becoming a grandma in 2012 was the most amazing thing to happen to her.

She never thought she could love anyone more than her girls, but she proved that theory wrong. Anyone who knew Jamie knows that she would just glow when she talked about and/or was with Carson and Madeleine. We all are at peace knowing that Jamie’s 3 grandbabies have the most amazing Guardian Angel watching over them!

They will always know that Grandma loves them to Infinity and Beyond! Our family will continue to visit her favorite places from the tops of the mountains in Idaho to each and every sandy beach we can find. We will always carry the strength, love, and dedication that she instilled in us.

We promise to continue to make her proud! Jamie Lynn Singleton is remembered in love by: Her husband Ronald Singleton; her brother-in-law Rodney Singleton; her parents, Patricia and Donald Flournoy, John and Pam Johns, and Ray and Rosemary Singleton; her children, oldest daughter Kristen, husband Cody, and unborn grand-baby (due January 2019), youngest daughter Richelle, husband Josh, and her 2 grandchildren Carson and Madeleine; Siblings, John and Linda Johns, Jennifer and Brett Johnsen, Jason and Johanna Johns, Donald Guy Flournoy, George and Rosanne Sterr; as well as 11 nieces and nephews, and many friends whom she viewed as family! Jamie is preceded in death by her grandparents and nephew Hunter Johns.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Crawford Residence (A family friend’s home) on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 5:00pm. The address is: 10620 W. Estate Drive. Boise, Idaho, 83709 Flowers are beautiful…… and make us all smile…… but I know some people have asked so we have decided that if you choose to do something different In lieu of flowers, an account has been created to insure that Jamie’s grandkids still get to see some of her favorite places she wanted to take them to.
