OBITUARY Jan H. Clowdus April 3, 1952 – November 4, 2018 Jan Haynes Clowdus of Maylene, Al went to be with the Lord on Sunday November 4, 2018, at the age of 66 after a 5 month battle with cancer. Ms. Clowdus grew up in Birmingham, attended N.H. Price Elementary and West End High School. She loved her work and wonderful family of friends at Creek View Elementary School where she worked with the Child Nutrition Program.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen C. Haynes. Jan is survived by her father, Archie D. Haynes; brother, Glenn T. Haynes; sister, Patti Haynes Parrish; nephews, Daniel (Linda) Parrish and David (Jennifer) Parrish; great nieces, Peyton, Madelyn, Adalynne and Mayleigh Parrish and great nephews, Braden and Dalton Parrish. Funeral service will be Wednesday November 7, 2018 at Ridout’s Elmwood Chapel at 2:00 pm.

Visitation will be an hour prior. Interment will be at Elmwood Cemetery. Rev.

Larry Roberts of First Baptist Church of Harpersville officiating, with graveside by Rev. Timothy Parrish.
