She is survived by Husband: Rickey Slayton, Mother; Mildred Johnson, Sisters; Susan Johnson, Pam Norwood, Grandson; Paken Nelson, Nieces; Kristy McDuffle, Haley Nelson, Taylor Norwood, Aimee Nailer, Holly Slayton, Nephews; Caleb Nailor, Wke Johnson, and Denise Burns, and Great Niece; Emily McDuffle. She was preceded in death by Daughter; Gina Leigh, Father; Billy Johnson, Brothers; Dale Johnson, Timmy Johnson, Sister; Judy Irvin, Nephews; Justin Johnson, and Jadon McClendon.
