Janet L. (Cunningham) Monce, 76, of Brazil, Indiana passed away at Cloverleaf Health Care, in Knightsville, Indiana on December 4, 2018 while surrounded by her family. She was born on January 9, 1942, in Terre Haute, Indiana the daughter of George and Wilma (Howerton) Cunningham. She graduated from Wiley High School with the class of 1960.

Janet enjoyed “people watching”, spending time with her kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids, working crosswords and word searches and spending time at the beach.

She was preceded in death by her parents George and Wilma Cunningham and a great-granddaughter Olivia Grace Jolly. She leaves behind 3 daughters: Debbie Overton of Ohio, Sherri Payne of Ohio and Terri Allen and husband Chuck of Reelsville; grandchildren: Shane Barrow, Jeri-Lynn Quick (Mitch), Justin Searcy, T.J. Thiel, Mandy Quick (Scott), Matthew Searcy, Jessica O’Conner (Joe), Samantha Jolly (Billy), Brittany Miller, and James Watson; great-grandchildren: Taylor, Kaylee, Marly, Ezra, Brianna, Jorden, Aiden, Hunter, Gage, Arianna, Taylor, Riley, Wyatt, Sophia, and Tessa. Visitation will be at French Funeral Home, 421 E. National Ave.

Brazil, Indiana 47834 on Thursday, December 6, 2018 from 4-8pm. Services will be at the funeral home on Friday, at 11:00. Burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery.
