Janet’s Obituary Janet Lee Hatten, age 65, Joplin, passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at her home. Janet was born May 8, 1953 in Joplin, daughter of the late Coyne Hatten and Virginia Liggett Hatten. She graduated from Joplin High School, and worked for years with J.M. Smuckers-Milnot in Seneca, Missouri.

She is survived by a sister, Deborah Lacey, of Joplin. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary. Burial of ashes will be at a later date with her twin sister in Mount Hope Cemetery.
