Janet’s Obituary Janet M. (Buwolda) Rosstedt, age 69 of Plymouth, MN passed away on January 4, 2019. Janet was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, Scott; parents, Peter and Loraine Buwolda and brother, Larry.

Survived by son, Derek (Ashley) Rosstedt; daughter, Jill (Alex) Kugel; 7 grandchildren; brothers, Bud, Ken, Don (Brenda) Buwolda; other relatives and friends. Janet spent 20+ years working for Wayzata Public Schools where she worked hard and befriended many. Janet will be remembered for her dedication to family, her charismatic personality, endless thoughtfulness, love of her children and grandchildren.

The continuous caregiver; hot dogs, peaches and her famous brownies. Lastly, her uncanny way with words; “Right church, wrong banana”. With us always ~ the best.

A celebration of Janet’s life will be held at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Ave. N. on Thursday, January 10th with visitation from 4:00 – 7:00 pm. Private family interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
