Obituary for Janette Mullen Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Aunt passed away peacefully at home March 26, 2018. Jan was born November 8, 1958 to Marlys and Richard Mullen of Bloomington, Minnesota. Jan is survived by her daughters, Nicole Schmelz of Minneapolis and Megan Schmelz of Frazee MN; sisters Kathy (Mike) Lewinski of Cochrane WI, Mary (Warren) Huff of Homer AK, Colleen (Wayne) Schumack of Lakeville MN; brothers Richard Mullen of Burnsville, Dave Mullen of Burnsville, and Dan Mullen of Shakopee.

She is also survived by her grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Jan had a good sense of humor, a wonderful smile and engaging giggle. She was a kind and gentle soul that will dearly be missed.

Funeral services will be held at Nativity of Mary Church, 9900 Lyndale Ave. S., Bloomington MN on Thursday, July 26 at 10:00. Visitation one hour before the funeral.

Interment at Bloomington Cemetery immediately following the service.
