Obituary of Jared Moore Jared Alexander Moore, age 38, of Norristown, passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery. He was born in Philadelphia, PA on December 24, 1980, a son of Patricia Ann (Hunter) Moore and the late Gerald Quentin Moore. Jared has been living in Norristown for 7 years, formerly of Drexel Hill, PA and the Wynnefield section of Philadelphia.

He was an avid gamer and enjoyed both reading and writing comic books. Jared was a passionate writer and also devoted much of his time to writing books and movies. He also enjoyed collecting pop culture statues.

Survivors include his wife, Justine M. (Maines) Moore; mother, Patricia Ann (Hunter) Moore; three sons, Tristan Michael Maines, Trenton David Maines, and Nathaniel Conner Moore; brother, Christopher Avery Moore; and grandfather, Albert Lawrence Hunter, Sr. Jared is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, adopted brothers and sisters, as well as friends and family. Along with his father, Jared was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Maxine Hunter; and paternal grandparents, Thomas & Geraldine Moore, Sr. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Monday, February 25, 2019 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 19 East Germantown Pike, East Norriton, PA 19401. Jared’s Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 AM.

Interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to support his family at the link here.
