Obituary for Jason Michael Clements Jason Michael Clements, 22, of Lafayette, IN, died suddenly on Sept. 14, 2018, shortly before his 23rd birthday. He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Michael Reitz. Jason was born on Sept. 27, 1995, in Palos Heights, IL and lived in the South-Suburbs of Chicago Illinois before moving when he was four years old to Lafayette, IN, where he was raised.
A graduate of McCutcheon High School in Lafayette, he played trumpet in the Jazz and Symphonic bands and was a member of the Track and Field Team, specializing in the 400 meter and 4 x 4 relay. He had a passion for cars, especially Corvettes and Mustangs, he was working for Auto Express in Lafayette as a detailer. Visitation will be held on Friday, Sept.
