Jason Scott Smallwood, age 41 of Gainesville born April 10, 1977, passed on September 17, 2018. Memorial services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Wednesday September 19, 2018 at Ward’s Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. William Coates will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Sara Smallwood and Eleanor and James Harper. Jason left behind a wife of eighteen years, Brooke Haynes Smallwood, and three beautiful daughters: Bentley, Kennedy, and Lilly of whom he was very proud.

He is also survived by his parents: Darryl (Janice) Smallwood of Gainesville and Charlie (Fred) Sandow of Seattle, WA, and his grandfather, Horace Smallwood of Gainesville.
