Jean Peppenhorst Allen passed away May 22, 2018 at the age of 69. She was born November 1, 1948 to the late William Bernice and Velma Evie Glass Peppenhorst. She was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Oliver.

She is survived by her husband, Hugh Allen; daughters, Kim (Steve) Webb and Angie (Melanie) Allen; grandchildren Steven (Emily) Webb, Alyse (Mat) Taylor and Alaina (Sam) Fahlman; great-grandchildren, Alden Taylor, Jordan Taylor and Jolie Webb; sister, Faye (Bob) Bishope; brothers, William (Phyllis) Peppenhorst, George (Janis) Peppenhorst and Pete (Sara) Peppenhorst and numerous nieces and nephews who were near and dear to her heart. Graveside services will be Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Hampden Cemetery in Arlington, Alabama with Rev. Kim Webb officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home of Selma directing.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to a charity of your choice.
