Martha Jean Phillips, age 78, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2018. Jean was employed by US General Construction Company for 46 years and was a member of New Light Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Glen Phillips.

Jean is survived by her children, Cathy and Jackie Bentley, Chuck and Jody Phillips and Charlotte and David Lee all of Cumming; sister, Betty Phillips of Johns Creek; sister in law, Peggy Niblett of Cumming and brother in law, David South of Lake Hartwell; 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and many other loving relatives and friends. Funeral services for Jean will be held Sunday, July 15, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Ricky Waters and Rev.

Dwayne Spicer officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, Saturday, from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm and Sunday, from 11:00 am until the hour of service.

Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming is in charge of arrangements.
