Jean was born on October 15, 1959 in Pittsburgh, Kansas and was a resident of Alvin for over 10 years. She worked for many years for the Pearland Independent School District.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Cindy and Henry Hugo. Jean is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Smith and husband Wayne, Elizabeth Brabec and husband John, sister, Karen Hill and husband Daniel, 7 grandchildren, Britnee, Christopher, Shelby, Trever, John, William, Brandon, and numerous other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday, May 20, 2019 at Scott Funeral Home in Alvin with funeral services beginning at 7:00 P.M. Arrangements under the direction of the Scott Family, 1421 East Hwy 6, Alvin, Texas 77511.
