Jeanette’s Obituary Jeanette Jewel Barthel, 87, of Brooklyn Park, formerly of Robbinsdale, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Sunday, March 24, 2019. Jeanette was a member of the Westphal Legion Auxiliary. She loved to sew and spend time with family and friends at the cabin.

She was preceded in death by sisters, Gale Montague, Echo Johnson and Shirley Olson. Jeanette is survived by loving husband of 68 years, Francis; children, Dawn (Steve) Peterson, Karen (Ron) Tracy, Robert (Dawn), Larry (Mary) and Tom (Judy); 17 grandchildren, Matt, Eric, Michelle, Jessica, Shanna, LeAnne, Sophia, Madison, Amanda, Scott, Brenda, Brian, Jeff, Michael, Katie, Erica and Nick; 16 great grandchildren, Willow, George, Autumn, Kyle, Alyssa, Jorja, Isley, Keegan, Kaley, Emma, Lauren, Camden, Hailey, Harper, Benjamin and Jacob; brother, Wayne (Mary Clare) Johnson; sister, Jill (Richard) Olson; many longtime friends.
