Obituary for Ms. Jeanette Rideau Davis Ms. Jeanette Rideau Davis Funeral services will he be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, May 5, 2018 at St. Mark United Methodist Church in Opelousas, LA, for Ms. Jeanette Rideau Davis, 59, who entered eternal rest, Thursday, April 26, 2018 at her residence in Opelousas, LA. Interment will be in Bellevue Memorial Park. Rev.

Junius Egby will officiate at the service. Ms. Davis is survived by her daughter, Caprica Rideau Joseph (Marcus) of Opelousas, LA; a brother, Lionel Rideau of Opelousas, LA; three sisters, Etta Mae Rideau, Charlene Rideau and Alphae Rideau all of Opelousas, LA; 3 grandchildren, De’Ontre Rideau, Taylor Joseph and Jarren Joseph all of Opelousas, LA; two Godchildren, Tamika Rideau and Quincy Joseph; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Ms. Davis was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Davis, Jr.; parents, Otis Rideau & Louise Williams Rideau; a grandchild, Trinity Joseph; three sisters, Jessie Mae Rideau, Jessie Rose Rideau and Cynthia Rideau; three brothers, Charles Edward Rideau, Charles Ray Rideau and John Otis Rideau.
