C. Jeannie Speakman, 78, of Xenia, passed away unexpectantly on Friday afternoon, February 1, 2019 at Greene Memorial Emergency Room. Born June 7, 1940 in New Philadelphia, the daughter of Virgil and Eileen Dennison Speakman. A graduate of Cedarville High School was a longtime member of and a former church board member of the Xenia Nazarene Church.

She had retired from GM after many years. She is survived by her lifetime friend, Nell Crump and siblings; Mary (Gene) McGlothin of Springfield, Linda Carroll, Bobbie (Rodney) Stiffler and Alice Kay McPherson all of Xenia, Butch (Karen) Speakman of Chicago and Yvonne Schilling of Vancouver Washington, and close friend of the family, Connie Welborn. Also several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 4, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until her funeral service at 11:30 a.m. at the Xenia Nazarene Church. Burial will follow in the Valley View Memorial Gardens. Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina is in charge of the arrangements.
