Obituary for Jeannine Marie-May Fallu Hubbardston – Jeannine M. Fallu of Hubbardston, MA passed away peacefully at home on April 23, 2018. She leaves a brother, Real Fallu and his wife Leslie of Goffstown, NH; sister, Gisele Perry and her husband Laurence Perry of Orange, MA; nieces, Connie Perry of Orange, MA, Jessie Burnett and her husband Jeremy of Athol; three nephews, Daniel Fallu of Goffstown, NH, Andrew Fallu of Long Island, NY, and John Perry of Dalton, MA; three great nephews, Camron and Nicholas Burnett of Athol, MA and Eric Brooks of Orange, MA, Daine Perry of North Carolina and two great nieces, Reese Perry of North Carolina and Bella Burnett of Athol, MA. Jeannine was predeceased by her parents Donat and Jeannette Fallu and a brother, Gerard Fallu.

Jeannine was born in Montreal Canada on May 8, 1944. She moved to Athol when she was 7 years old. She graduated from Athol High School in 1962.

She pursued her education in nursing in Campelton, N.B. Canada. Upon completing her education she came back to the United States where she worked at Boston Medical Hospital. She retired from Mt.

Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, while living in Londonderry, NH. Following her retirement Jeannine moved to Hubbardston. In her early years she loved to travel to many different countries.

Her best memories are when she skied the Alps and sailed the Galapagos Islands. Jeannine loved going to the beach, Cape Cod, Salisbury and Maine. In the winter months she enjoyed skiing at Mt.

Wachusett with her family. Her passion for animals was very strong. Wild or domestic, big or small, she was always helping them and loving them.

She worked at many animal shelters throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts. This brought her much joy. Spending time with her nieces and nephews was the treasure of her life.

She will be missed dearly by her family and friends, but we know she is at peace. If you would like to honor her memory you may do so by donating to an animal shelter of your choice. To leave an online-condolence please visit www.
