Jeffery A. York, 47, formerly of Roann passed away at 2:09 p.m. on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at Summerfield Healthcare Center in Cloverdale, Indiana. He was born in Wabash to the late David and Kathy (Bowman) York on April 8, 1971. Jeff worked at PTI Railroad Transportation.

He was an avid Notre Dame and Pittsburg Steelers Fan. He loved to fish and being with his family. Jeff is survived by companion, Carol Price-York; two daughters, Faith (Rick) Ketcham, Indianapolis, Indiana, Jessica (Ryan) Lawrence, Elkhart, Indiana; brother, Michael York, South Bend, Indiana; sisters, Stephanie (Todd) Hersman, Niles, Michigan, Kimberly (Chris) Stevens, South Bend, Indiana and Tracy (Jeff) Clark, Elkhart, Indiana and three grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by one brother, Anthony York. Funeral services will be Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at McDonald Funeral Home, 231 Falls Avenue, Wabash, Indiana 46992 with Pastor Wayne Balmer officiating. Burial will follow immediately at Roann Community Cemetery, Roann, Indiana.
