Obituary for Jeffery “Jeff” Duane Ferguson Jeffery “Jeff” Duane Ferguson, 55, of New Castle passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born April 20, 1963 in New Castle to Chester and Barbara (Hacker) Ferguson. He was employed at TS Tech Corp.

and formerly at Exide Battery in Muncie. Jeff previously worked at Brooks Foods, Mt. Summit, City of New Castle and Marsh Supermarket.

He enjoyed music, fishing and playing basketball. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Wanda (Catron) Ferguson; father, Chester (Belinda) Ferguson of Spiceland; brother, Ron (Fay) Ferguson of New Castle, nieces and nephews, Tim Jackson, Jr., Kati Agan, Zephra Ayala, Hannah Ford, Jared Ferguson, David and Nick Eichel; sister-in-law, Marcia (Tony) Eichel of New Castle. He was preceded in death by mother, Barbara Ferguson, sister, Patti Jackson and his in-laws, Kenneth and Dorothy Catron.

Services will be at 3:00 p.m. Monday, July 23, 2018 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in New Castle with Pastor Gene Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in South Mound Cemetery, West Lawn Addition. Visitation will be from 2 – 5 p.m. Sunday, July 22nd at the funeral home.
