Dear brother of Margie Winterhalter (Mark), Kathy Parr (Ron), John Toerner (Debra), Judy Bergmann (Mike) and Edward Toerner, Jr. (Colleen). Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Died suddenly Feb.

11, 2019 Age 51. Jeff was a 1985 graduate of LaSalle High School where he served as percussion instructor for several years and was also an Eagle Scout. He worked as a Deputy Sheriff for Hamilton County for many years.
